When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, selected service and any company or phone details you provide. The website sends these details securely to a private Google Sheet used by Techies in Town and requests an email notification to our team’s Gmail inbox. Saving the enquiry before sending the notification helps us retain requests if email delivery is delayed. We use the details to respond to your enquiry and keep them only as needed for that purpose and related business records. Contact us to request correction or deletion. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.

Website storage and tracking

This version of the website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts or browser storage. The hosting provider may process routine request information to deliver and secure the website. The enquiry service uses a request reference and a protected, unreadable identifier derived from the connection address or the supplied email address to prevent duplicate submissions and limit spam. Your connection address is not saved in the enquiry Sheet.

External services

Google processes enquiry storage and notification delivery. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms open services with their own privacy practices. The website’s fonts and images are served by the same hosting service as its pages.
